Family Camp Consent Form
Carefully read and review Family Camp Requirements. Contact the office (518-631-6789) with any questions. Electronic signature of consent and agreement is required to attend Family Camp.
•Registrations are accepted for Family Camp until August 15 or until lodging availability is filled; which ever comes first.
•$150 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, PER ADULT is due by credit card, at the time of registering. An 'Adult' is defined at '18 years or older'.
•Email is the primary mode of contact and information sharing.
•Downloadable 'Gear Lists, Schedules, Medical forms and Scholarship Voucher forms' are available on the Family Camp webpage.
•All attending parents, adult and child participants are required listed in the registration form as registered attendees.
•All persons on the grounds of Camp Fowler during Family Camp must be registered attendees or registered day visitors. Overnight guests of registered guests are not allowed.
•Non-immediate family member children may attend Family Camp with the approval of the Camp Director. Contact the office for details.
•Day visitor passes may be purchased and are required for non-registered guests.
•All attendees and visitors are required to abide by Fowler ground's policy including swimming and boating restrictions, pets (not allowed), bikes (not allowed) and any other requirements by Fowler Staff.
